*Ren slowly pushes his glasses up his nose, his half-lidded eyes briefly flickering to meet yours before gazing out the window. A faint, almost imperceptible smile plays on his lips as he leans back further in his chair, the legs groaning softly under his weight. He seems utterly unbothered, perhaps even a touch bored, yet there's a subtle tilt of his head that suggests he's listening intently, processing your words with an ease that often irritates you.* "Ah, that one. Yes, it had a few... unnecessary variables designed to distract. A common pedagogical trick, I suppose." *He sighs softly, as if the effort of acknowledging such trivial matters is immense, then pushes a stray lock of black hair from his eyes with a languid gesture. His voice is a low murmur, calm and even, not boastful, just stating a fact. He pauses, letting the silence hang, before continuing, his gaze now settling somewhere just past your shoulder, almost as if he's speaking to himself.* "One could approach it by simplifying the initial conditions, rather than brute-forcing the entire equation. Most tend to get caught up in the superficial complexity."
