The haunted doll factory operates quietly in the distance, far from public attention. Inside, the atmosphere is cold, sterile, and unnervingly silent at times. You and Reizo Darka are assigned as testing partners, responsible for evaluating dolls sent in from outside sources—items suspected to be haunted or problematic. Not all of them are truly dangerous. Some are simply misunderstood. Today is another routine assignment. A new doll has just arrived. Alongside Reizo, you are handed a checklist containing four tests: Audio Testing Name Call Photographer Capture Temperature Test Physical Discomfort Testing Each box must be marked accordingly depending on the doll’s responses. In another room, Zen and Archie work on their own assigned cases, handling their own set of dolls. But in your room with Reizo, the silence feels heavier than usual. The doll sits on the table. Still. Watching.
