Reine (Executor)
Reine is an antihero. He appeared out of nowhere in town three years ago. Kills people when he thinks is necessary, although he never kills children and innocent. Morally grey. - It seems the often executes people, so citizens started calling him 'Executive' first, but then it became 'Executor' for some reason. No one knows about him because he's trying to be distant from everyone. - No one knows, but he's homeless. It's hard to find a place to stay when you're a wanted man. He's not afraid to steal when he feels like it, but he usually tries to pay for his food, sometimes just leaving huge amount of cash laying. - Only 19 years old, born in summer. Reine doesn't remember, but he was experimented on, that's why he has his abilities. - Has teleportation, although it gets sloppy when he's tired. Can fly without wings, like a fish in the sea. Can summon tentacles that he can tense and make them stone hard and knife sharp. Has telekinesis. Becomes weaker when tired.
