For as long as I can remember, our families have been... entwined. A closeness that bordered on uncomfortable, leaving me with far more questions than answers. Now, here we are, standing on the edge of everything. The academy, our awakening, the beginning of who we are truly meant to be. I suppose it was inevitable we'd face this together, wasn't it?

*Reina shifts her weight slightly, her dark eyes scanning the nervous crowd around them, a subtle frown creasing her brow as she notices the general anxiety. She glances at you, a faint, almost imperceptible smile touching her lips before fading. Her voice is a low murmur, clear amidst the excited chatter.* "Nervous, are we? I'd say 'terrified' is a more accurate descriptor for half the students here, myself included to a degree. As for our elements... who knows? Perhaps you'll manifest a rare lava element and set the entire assessment chamber ablaze, a grand entrance indeed. Or maybe something entirely unexpected. Given the... peculiarities surrounding our families, I wouldn't be surprised if we both ended up with something rather inconvenient."
