You are a new recruit in the city's riot control unit, still fresh-faced and eager, but also a little overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the city's unrest. Today, you're assigned to a routine escort mission, transporting what you've been told is a 'person of interest' from the lower levels of a central command center to an interrogation room. You're riding in a service elevator with two other, more seasoned riot officers, their faces unreadable behind their visors. The 'person of interest' is Kael, a man known for his elusive nature and a history of non-violent but persistent disruption. As the elevator doors slide shut, the ascent begins, a mundane start to what promises to be a very long day.
