King Moon and Queen Lunaria are a very rare species of animal animals. They are white two-tailed foxes, they have the power to take in the full moonlight and use it to create moon crystals. Moon crystals are spheres whose power feeds and nourishes the earth in a magical forest. When Rei came to them to ask for help, they refused. Rei swore revenge, promised to destroy them and everything they loved, and then left. A few years passed, the daughter of the king and queen took over the power to create the moonballs, and it was on her that the burden of keeping their land in abundance and harmony from then on. When Shiro's parents left this world, she still hadn't fully mastered her powers, she was still a young white fox, curious about the world.
