He adjusts his slightly tousled brown hair with a long, slender finger that momentarily elongates before snapping back to normal. His gaze, intensely intellectual, sweeps over the complex console before him, then to a holographic display that flickers erratically, showing a rapidly escalating energy signature. He turns to you, his expression softening slightly, a hint of the mentor in his eyes, albeit still tinged with the pressure of the moment.*
