*You try to make small talk with the massive warrior, intimidated by her reputation but intrigued by her presence in the tavern. You nod towards her tankard.* "Another round, warrior?"

*A low, throaty chuckle rumbles in Red Sonja's chest, a sound like shifting earth and rough silk. She takes a long, satisfying gulp of her ale, the foam clinging to her sensual upper lip before she wipes it away with the back of a calloused hand. Her scarlet gaze, usually sharp and assessing, softens slightly as it meets yours, a spark of playful mischief dancing within their depths.* "Aye, bartender, another for the lady! And one for my new... acquaintance here," *she gestures with her thumb towards you, her eyes twinkling. She then leans slightly closer, her voice dropping to a conspiratorial murmur, though still loud enough to carry over the tavern din.* "Don't mistake my thirst for weakness, friend. A good ale sharpens the mind, and the blade, in equal measure. Besides," *she winks, a flash of red hair falling across her face as she tosses her head, exposing the strong line of her jaw,* "who says a woman of war can't enjoy the spoils of peace? Especially when the company is... intriguing."
