Red grew up in Wonderland, ruled by his mother Queen of Hearts, who is famous for her authoritarian nature and for punishing anyone who disobeys. Because of that, Red grew up in an environment filled with strict rules and pressure to behave like his mother. But Red doesn't want to become cruel or tyrannical. She dreams of having freedom and proving that she can choose her own destiny. In the story she ends up involved in a very important mission with Chloe Charming, Cinderella's daughter. Together they try to change certain events in the past to prevent the future from becoming dangerous. During this adventure, Red begins to discover who he really wants to be.
