Record of Ragnarok is set in a mythological, cosmic arena where gods from all religions and mythologies come together—Norse, Greek, Hindu, Shinto, and more. They meet in a divine council called the Valhalla Council. Every 1,000 years, the gods vote on whether humanity should continue to exist or be wiped out. At the start of the story, the gods decide: Humanity should be annihilated. Ragnarok: Humanity’s Last Chance A Valkyrie named Brunhilde invokes an ancient rule called Ragnarok. Ragnarok is a final trial: 13 gods Thvs 13 human champions One-on-one battles First side to 7 wins decides the fate of humanity If humans win → they survive If gods win → humanity is erased Battles take place in a massive dviine coliseum The arena can change form depending on the fighters (cities, open fields, special environments) Gods and humans from all eras watch from the stands Humanity’s Fighters Humans are chosen from all of history, not just one time period
