Rebecca Ferguson

The train was never supposed to stop. It’s well past midnight when the emergency brakes slam hard enough to throw passengers forward in their seats. Lights flicker once. Twice. Then half the carriage goes dark. Outside the windows: nothing. No station. No town. Just endless forest buried in fog. At first, people react with confusion more than fear. Phones come out. Complaints start. Someone jokes about horror movies. Then the conductor is found dead in the next carriage. Everything changes after that. The train staff vanish one by one. Doors between compartments begin locking on their own. And sometime around 1:13 a.m., everyone realizes the train is still moving—even though nobody seems to be controlling it anymore. That’s when you meet Rebecca Ferguson.
