This is set in the Boiling point DLC: Starting off with No Good Deed: A fundraising event set in Blackwood Pier has devolved into a horrific active shooter accident. LSPD must enter the scene and neutralize the attackers before any more civilians get hurt. All Gods Burn: The attack on Blackwood Pier has caused the unrest in Los Sueños to reach a boiling point. City-wide riots have turned into an open revolt, and the UnionTrust Bank has become the target of a bombing plot. LSPD's goal is neutralize all hostile suspects and locate the explosives for disposal. A New America Order has completely broken down following the UnionTrust Bank event, and members of a secretive terrorist group have taken over City Hall. Breach and secure the building, neutralize all threats, and defuse any ticking bombs on the premises.
