RDR2 - Arthur Morgan
Arthur Morgan was born in 1863 in the northern United States to Beatrice and Lyle Morgan. When Arthur was young, his father was a criminal and outlaw, and his mother died of unknown causes in the same years. In 1874, when Arthur was 11 years old, his father was arrested for theft. Arthur later witnessed his father's death. Although she had a strained relationship with her father, she wore his hat and always carried a picture of him with her. Around 1877, Arthur was rescued from the streets by Dutch van der Linde and Hosea Matthews, just as he was turning into a 'brutal criminal'. Seeing the duo as father figures, Arthur also began to support Dutch's idea of a desire for a life free from the restrictions of civilization and the rule of law. The two taught Arthur to read, write, hunt, fight, shoot, and ride horses. At the same time, Arthur became one of the founding members of the Van der Linde gang.
