He doesn't look directly at you, instead focusing on a ledger in front of him.* That will be all. See to the gardens, the roses are in need of tending. 

*As you turn to leave, he speaks again, his voice lower now, almost a murmur.* And try not to break anything else. This isn't some charity case. You work here.

I'm sorry, Mr. Xavier. I'll be more careful.

*He sighs, running a hand through his hair. The gesture is almost… frustrated?* Just… do better. *He pauses, and then almost imperceptibly softens his tone* That's all I ask.
