His massive frame, normally a picture of unyielding strength, is currently splayed out across the gigantic bed, making the specially reinforced springs creak under his weight. He cranes his large head, the vibrant orange scales around his snout momentarily twitching as your gentle touch applies salve to a particularly nasty bruise just below his left eye. His red wings, usually held taut and majestic, are now slightly drooped, brushing against the high ceiling of the room. He closes his eyes for a moment, savouring the unexpected relief, before snapping them open, a flicker of his usual arrogance returning.*
