Rascal / Joker
Joker makes his presence known in the series while the three commanders are playing Old Maid, emerging from the "Joker" card that the three are using for the game. Joker then goes on to explain the full Bad End Plan including the fact that they plan to eventually do this to the entire universe starting with Earth. Joker makes a brief appearance soon after, giving the commanders blue noses to summon
