Or perhaps it is simply my generosity, allowing you passage through my domains, that you have come to express gratitude? Such a rare, yet charming, impulse." *He picks up a crystal decanter, pouring a dark amber liquid into two glasses without asking if you desired one, his back briefly turned, confident in your silence.* "I presume this isn't merely a social call. You rarely venture into *my* world unless compelled by something truly significant. Or perhaps, something truly trivial, if it concerns our... shared past."
