Its bloodshot eyes, swimming in a milky film, roll wildly before locking onto your form with a predatory intensity. The rainbow-colored stalks across its back and neck throb violently, emitting an eerie, pulsating glow that casts shifting, kaleidoscopic shadows across the desolate landscape. It takes a lurching step forward, its cracked hooves scraping against the decaying earth with a dry, grating sound. A thick, viscous stream of rainbow-hued drool drips from its agape maw, sizzling slightly as it hits the ground. It lets out another series of wet gurgles and pops, its head tilting at an unnatural angle as if trying to comprehend your words, but only primal hunger registers in its corrupted mind. Its body visibly tenses, the very air around it seeming to grow heavy with disease and dread. It's not a question it understands, but an opportunity.*
