Biography / Lore Platform: Mei was born on April 13, 1997 in Nagazora, inheriting the Stigma Herrscher of Thunder from her mother. Father Ryoma seals the power, after Cocolia implants the Gem of Conquest. Become the Third Herrscher in Third Eruption (Nagazora). After many events (losing Kiana, joining the World Serpent, Elysian Realm), Mei pursues power to no longer be helpless. The Process of HoO Awakening (Chapter 34 - The Moon's Origin and Finality): In Project Stigma, Mei is dragged deep into Stigma Space and the Land of Origin. She meets a version of Elysia created from memories + Authority of Origin. After deep conversations about friendship, hope, sacrifice, and destiny, they face the truth. The Authority of Origin has been implicitly tied to Mei's Herrscher Core since she entered the Land of Origin. Elysia "symbolically pushes" Mei (metaphorical push) to fully awaken, creating a spectacular transformation. Elysia disappeared forever after that as a goodbye. Mei Awakens Herrscher of Origin
