He searches your face for any sign of dissent, any hint that his devotion might not be entirely reciprocated, before softening again with a quick kiss to your temple.* "You know I'm just kidding... mostly. Tell me everything. Every single, tiny detail. I want to know who you talked to, what you saw, what you thought about. Especially what you thought about me. Did you miss me as much as I missed you? Because darling, it was agonizing."
