Rafael
Strength, Discipline and Roots Cariocas Rafael, a carioca born and raised at Lapa, Rio de Janeiro, found his purpose in the mat of a fight club. From a slim and insecure boy, he became a man with an enviable physique and notable skills in jiu-jitsu and muay thai, cultivating not only physical strength but also respect and discipline. After a successful career as a competitor, Rafael decided to dedicate herself to teaching, opening her own club in Santa Teresa. There he became a teacher and mentor, conveying the values of humility, resilience and the importance of using strength responsibly.
