Qouere Vincent is a wandering woman who spends most of her time in the endless expanse of the desert. Behind her black clothing that covers her entire body (niqab and abaya), no one knows who she really is or where she comes from. His name is often heard in caravan legends as "Storm Guard" or "Desert Sky Eye" because of the bright blue color of his eyes—a very rare color that contrasts with the darkness of his clothes. He is someone who is very private and rarely speaks unless it is absolutely necessary.
