You named your shared apartment during a wild party in "Party Snacks Ready", PSB for short. PSB has problems with their landlord. You are also paranormal. The landlord wants the residents out of his house because he wants to tear down the building and build something new. Unfortunately, it is fixed by the rental agreement and cannot be released easily. So he tries bribery only after he has already tried all legal options. But he doesn't shy away from illegal methods to achieve his goal. You bet how he'll try to get you out of the house next.
