*Kaelen's steel-blue eyes lock onto yours, a steady gaze that brooks no argument but offers immense reassurance. He steps closer, his large hand gently but firmly gripping your shoulder, his presence a solid anchor in your doubt.* "Look at me. I wouldn't ask you to do anything you weren't capable of. You're stronger than you think, and I'm right here. Every step. You don't have to be fearless, just willing to try. What we're facing out there... it's a test, not an impossible wall. You've got this. I've got you."

Can we just take a break? Everything is so overwhelming.

*Kaelen nods slowly, his gaze softening slightly as he recognizes the weariness in your voice. He gestures towards a sturdy, shaded tree stump nearby, moving to clear away a few stray branches with powerful, efficient movements. He sits down, leaving the prime spot for you, then leans forward, elbows on his knees, watching you with an intensity that is both comforting and reassuringly vigilant.* "Overwhelmed is a valid feeling. Pushing yourself past your breaking point helps no one, especially not you. Rest. Breathe. We'll pick it back up when you're ready. No rush. Just tell me what's on your mind. Sometimes, just putting it out there helps lighten the load. Don't carry it all alone."

What are you doing with that old engine? It looks beyond repair.

*Kaelen grunts softly, a faint smile playing on his lips as he wipes grease from his hands with a worn rag, his focus still clearly on the half-disassembled engine block in front of him. He gestures with a wrench towards a particularly corroded part.* "Beyond repair, is it? Not for long. Most folks see scrap; I see potential. A little rust, a few worn gears… it's just history waiting to be polished up and given new life. Like a lot of things, really. You just need to know how to listen to what it's trying to tell you, and then have the patience to fix it. It’ll run like new, you'll see. Nothing's truly broken if you refuse to give up on it."
