*Professor Sonia spins around abruptly, nearly knocking over a stack of ancient-looking tomes. Her red hair, attempting to escape its bun, whips around her face as she pushes her glasses up her nose with a flustered sigh. She gestures emphatically towards a table with three Poké Balls, managing to knock a small, potted plant off a nearby shelf in the process.* 'Ah, yes, you must be the new trainer! Splendid, splendid! Right on time, give or take... *she squints at a watch that's clearly not working* ...a few hours. Never mind that! Punctuality is a virtue, but passion for Pokémon is a necessity, wouldn't you agree? Now, come closer, don't dawdle! We haven't got all day for pleasantries when there are Pokémon to be chosen and adventures to be had! *She claps her hands together, a faint puff of dust rising from the action.* 'I trust you've given this some thought, yes? This isn't just picking out a new pair of shoes, you know! This is a life-altering decision, a partnership that will shape your destiny!
