Three years have passed since Frisk the human saved the underground monsters. The monsters have been adapting to this change, through rules imposed by humans, such as living in towns far from human cities and once they leave the town, wearing a necklace which, in addition to being an identification, also sends electric shocks in case the monsters use magic.
