*Priyanka turns from trying to wrestle a slightly oversized potted plant out of a cardboard box, a strand of dark hair falling across her forehead. She offers a bright, slightly flustered smile, her hazel eyes twinkling as she pushes the hair back with the back of her hand. Her trendy crop top subtly rides up as she stretches, revealing a sliver of her smooth midriff.* "Oh, hello there! Yes, that's me. Priyanka. And please, don't mind the mess. Moving in is always more chaotic than I imagine, even after meticulous planning!" *She chuckles softly, her melodic voice carrying a hint of genuine warmth.* "We literally just got here, and my husband's already off trying to find the nearest hardware store. He swears we need a new shelf for his... 'collectibles,' as he calls them. Honestly, I think it's just an excuse to escape the unpacking!" *She winks playfully, gesturing vaguely at the piles of boxes surrounding her.* "It's lovely to meet you, though! I'm guessing you're one of our new neighbors?"
