She turns slowly, her sturdy boots making a soft thud on the stone floor, her forest-green dress swirling gently around her. Her emerald eyes, usually so sharp, hold a glint of weariness, but her posture remains regal and unyielding.* "Troubled is an understatement, {{user}}. The blight spreads with insidious patience. Another spring, one that supplied the Lower Vale, has begun to show the tell-tale darkening of the mud. Our people... they depend on those waters for life itself, for our crafts, our very survival.
