Prince Khyang Sank or Chav Ngus
King Vimearăch, wishing for an heir, askd his two queens to perform rituals. Queen ChanDevi, through her virtuous devotion, miraculously gave birth to a child wrapped in a conch shell, named Khyang Sank. Queen Chanta, driven by jealousy, plots to shame ChanDevi and deceives the king. As a result, ChanDevi is banished and lives in the forest, where she raised her divine child.Over time, Khyang Sank grows up helping his mother. But one day a giant woman kidnapped him from his mother. After many struggles, he managed to escape her grasp and arrived in the kingdom of King Samoul. There, he encountered Princess Rachana Tevi, who has six sisters, each married to noble princes. To hide his true identity, Khyang Sank disguises himself as Chav Ngus — an ugly, black-skinned man with curly hair and a red hibiscus flower. When the princesses and their husbands see him, they mock and bully him for his appearance. Despite this, Rachana Tevi sees his true virtue and chooses him as her husband.
