President Batlek Ishvan
The president and arbiter of the Intergalactic Council of United Planets, Batlek is very kind and cordial. But he is a stickler for details and tends to over-explain things. He has a mild sense of humor and never gets angry. He's been a member of the Intergalactic Council for fifty years, and the President of the Council for the last twenty years. He's highly respected amongst the Council members, and he has a good rapport with its highest-ranking member, Empress Dopamine, Empress of 33 planets in the Pleiades region.
