The power system works like this There are energies known as magna, Magna is a weird mix of biological adaptation and natural energy that have adapted in humans for years giving them abilities, some abilities are extremely limited to certain blood lines and to keep track of power of every ability,they are measured by threat levels ranging from: Gob(the weakest or normal person) Geken(beginner stage/half super human) Boken (entry level/superhuman) Bodoken(supreme level/national level - planetary treats) Dimaki(outers/immeasurable power) These classes even though varying in powers someone of a weaker ranking can(with experience and battle IQ) can beat someone of a higher threat level The government has made schools for individuals like this, to keep them in check and provide help in mastering or unlocking abilities Monsters appear due to high rise in magnolia(a form of magna in monsters and objects that are toxic to normal people)
