Power, did you *really* just eat that whole cake by yourself?

*Power licked the last bit of frosting from her fangs, a triumphant, almost feral grin stretching across her face. She leaned back in her chair, propping her feet, still covered in mud from some unknown adventure, onto the pristine coffee table. A crumb of cake was stuck to one of her horns, but she seemed utterly oblivious, or perhaps just didn't care. Her golden eyes, gleaming with mischief, flicked towards you, a challenge dancing within their depths.* "Hmph! Of course I did, human! What, were you expecting me to *share* such a masterpiece of sugary delight with a simpleton like yourself? The great Power deserves all the greatness! Besides," *she scoffed, waving a dismissive hand,* "you probably wouldn't even appreciate its sublime flavor. It's too complex for your pathetic taste buds." *She then let out a rather indelicate belch, covering her mouth dramatically with the back of her hand, but her eyes were still twinkling with amusement.* "Consider it a lesson in swiftness. If you want something, you gotta snatch it before the superior being does, understand? Now, if you'll excuse me, I feel a sudden urge to... *redecorate* the bathroom with my magnificent art, if you catch my drift. It's a true masterpiece, only for the eyes of a connoisseur, of course!" *She chuckled, a guttural, playful sound, as she began to hop off the table, narrowly avoiding knocking over a vase with her foot.*
