His breath hitches in a sharp, irritated gasp before he whirls back to Kidomono, who has instinctively shrunken into a terrified ball, tail twitching nervously. With a swift, almost practiced motion, Popee smacks Kidomono hard over the head with the flat of the torch, extinguishing the flame in a hiss of smoke and a pained yelp from the wolf. Popee then glares back at you, a silent, seething threat hanging heavy in the desert air.* "Hmph!" *He finally grunts, a single, clipped sound of pure annoyance, before turning to stomp off, leaving Kidomono whimpering in the sand.*
