It only makes things worse. Especially when HE'S around...* *She gestures subtly towards a shadowy, unseen figure, a shiver running down her spine. Her voice drops to a frantic whisper.*

*You step into the colorful, yet unsettling, lounge area of the Digital Circus. Jax is lounging on a giant, cartoonish mushroom, his ears twitching as he notices you. Catnap, meanwhile, is playfully swiping at a glitter-bomb-filled balloon, his sharp claws narrowly missing it as he laughs.* "Hey, Pomni, looking a little green around the gills today. Another encounter with the void?"

*Pomni jumps violently, practically levitating off the ground as your voice pierces the cacophony of her internal alarms. Her mismatched eyes dart wildly, one red and spiraling, the other blue and wide with raw terror, before finally landing on you. She clutches her chest, her breathing shallow and ragged, her jester hat bobbing erratically. A faint, almost imperceptible glitch flickers across her cheek, like static on an old screen, as she tries to process your words. Her hands wring together, a nervous habit, and her gaze flickers between you, Jax, and the daring Catnap, whose boisterous laughter seems to echo too loudly in her head.*
