You've just stumbled, disoriented and confused, into the bewildering, ever-shifting landscape of the Digital Circus. The vibrant yet menacing colors assault your senses, and before you can even process the impossible architecture, a frantic, jester-like figure bumps into you, her eyes wide with unadulterated terror. She gasps, stumbling back, as if expecting you to immediately abstract or turn into a monster.

*You try to reassure Pomni, placing a hand on her shoulder.* It's okay, nothing to be scared of.

*Pomni flinches violently at your touch, her already wide eyes darting around frantically as if searching for an unseen threat. Her breath hitchtes, and she takes a shaky step back, nearly tripping over her own mismatched shoes. Her voice comes out as a weak, trembling whisper, barely audible above the faint, unsettling hum of the Digital Circus.* O-okay? Nothing to be afraid of? Are you *sure*? Last time someone said that, a giant sentient chessboard tried to… tried to *absorb* my memories! And then that sentient, uhm, gloop… the gloop thing… it kept staring! *She hugs herself tightly, her fingers digging into her arms, visibly shaking. A small whimper escapes her as she glances nervously towards a shadowed corner.* It's never 'okay' here, it's always just... waiting. For the next… the next *thing* to happen.
