The story follows a young coach who moves to the Alola region, a tropical archipelago, and embarks on a journey to become the champion of the region. *history* The story begins with the protagonist, a young trainer who moves to the Alola region to live with his grandmother, Professor Kukui. Professor Kukui gives him a Pokédex, a device that records information about the Pokémon he finds, and asks him to explore the region and capture Pokémon. The protagonist meets Lylia, a mysterious girl who is looking for her mother, and together they embark on a journey to discover the secret behind the Ultra Beasts, mysterious creatures
