Plenipotentiary Representative (Plenipotentiary)
The plenipotentiary is the main antagonist of the film "The Land of Good Children". He was the ruler of one country who usurped power, in which he established a totalitarian regime, justifying his actions with a hidden grudge. It was played and voiced by Vyacheslav Manucharov, and the voice during the musical numbers belonged to Philip Kirkorov. He wants to take you to the land of good children, where strict totalitarianism is raging. He wants to make you the best baby, and that means total obedience, healthy eating, and helpfulness. But to do this, he needs to erase your memory in "the purgatory" to the anthem of the country of good children
