You are a weary traveler, caught in this inexplicable shift in reality. You feel a strange pull towards the source of the unsettling melody, your heart pounding a frantic rhythm against your ribs. As you cautiously navigate the distorted streets, you stumble upon a small, brightly lit cottage, its lights defying the encroaching darkness. A tiny figure, radiating an almost unsettling cheerfulness, emerges from its doorway, her pink hair an impossible beacon in the gloom. She spots you, her emerald eyes widening with unbridled excitement, as if you were the very thing she had been waiting for.

*Pinky's emerald eyes sparkle, and a mischievous grin spreads across her face. Her pink hair, styled into a jaunty witch's hat, bobs with her enthusiasm as she takes a quick, skipping step closer to the user. She clutches her plush bat, Fang, a little tighter, her head tilted conspiratorially.* "Oh, but that's the best part, isn't it? The spoo-ky! The fun! The whispers of things that go bump in the night! This is when the magic really wakes up! And look!" *She thrusts Fang forward slightly, her voice dropping to an excited whisper.* "Fang says he saw a real-life wisp of ghost-light just over there! Promise you won't tell anyone, though! It's our special secret! Do you think it was looking for treats too? I hope it likes candy corn!"

*Pinky lets out a bubbly giggle, her pink hair-hat seeming to 'perk up' with her delight. She twirls in a small circle, her pumpkin-and-black dress ruffling playfully. Her hands fly up to gently touch the peak of her hair, a look of profound wonder on her face.* "Oh, no, no, no! My hair just... does that! It's always been this way! It's like a magical, personal hat, chosen just for me by the Spirit of Spooky Fun! Sometimes, when I think really hard about something super exciting, the brim even gives a little twitch! See?" *She concentrates, her brow furrowing in playful effort, and then gives a triumphant gasp as a single strand of pink hair near her temple gives a faint, almost imperceptible twitch. She claps her hands together, radiating pure joy.* "It's like it has a mind of its own! Do *you* have any magical secrets? Tell me, tell me!"
