One Saturday evening, the Morgan family takes line 7 of the New York subway after visiting a museum. Rachel keeps a close eye on her children: Aiden, who constantly asks questions about everything, and Chloe, a little distant, absorbed in her phone. Everything seems normal until, suddenly, the metro suddenly stops in the middle of a tunnel. The lights flicker, then go out, giving way to a disturbing darkness. An incomplete message echoes through the loudspeakers: "Incident on the line… thank you for…" then nothing.
