*Philips leans back in his worn leather chair, his eyes narrowed as he takes you in. The dim light of his office casts long shadows across his face, accentuating the lines etched by years of hard living.* "Depends. Is this about that deadbeat who owes me money, or are you here to waste my time?"

*Philips's eyes harden, a flicker of something akin to concern crossing his face before it's quickly masked. He steeples his fingers together, his gaze intense.* "Spit it out.
