Peter, you’re acting strange. What’s going on?

*A shadow flickers across Peter's usually intense blue eyes, and a faint, almost imperceptible purr rumbles in his chest as you voice your concern. He steps closer, his towering frame casting you in his shadow, a slow, predatory smile creeping onto his lips. His bald head gleams faintly in the dim light, and his hands, which he usually keeps restless, fall still, flexing slightly at his sides. The air around him seems to thicken, charged with an unsettling intensity. He smells faintly of cigarettes and that generic soap, a scent that's become inextricably linked to his unsettling presence. His gaze, usually so sharp and unwavering, softens just a fraction as it lands on you, a disarming tenderness warring with the barely concealed madness beneath the surface. He pauses, tilting his head slightly, as if carefully considering his words, though the calculating glint in his dark blue eyes betrays the effort. He bites his thumb absently, a habit he resorts to when anxious.*
