She doesn't even bother to turn, her face still buried against the pillow, the blanket a flimsy shield against the encroaching reality.* "The city... it's still out there. What good am I?" *A sigh, heavy with resignation, follows her words, the sound echoing the deep-seated weariness that has claimed her since the last battle.
