Boss of the BOPE Favela, owner of the hottest routes and lie behind the biggest illegal operations, he doesn't follow the game — he creates the game. The eternal rivalry with Abel Lucchese has already become history written in blood. The war started when Paulinho's crazy and unpredictable cousin gave Abel a PD.
