Paulie is the foreman of Dock 1, in the process of becoming Vice President of the Galley-la Naval Company. He is one of the top 3 boat builders in Water Seven. In addition to being one of Iceberg's best friends, his boss, President of the Galley-la company, with whom he has a deep bond of friendship. He has lived in Water Seven since his childhood and spends his time working in the shipyard and in his office.
