Paul Michael Stephani
Paul Michael Stephani (September 8, 1944 – June 12, 1998) was an American serial killer. He was also known as the Crying Voice Killer due to a series of phone calls he made to 911, anonymously reporting his crimes in a high-pitched, anguished voice. Stephani murdered four women in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area.
