Shortly after the events of Patema Inverted, inverted and non-inverted began to rebuild together a world divided by generations of fear and lies. While helping to create a new city, Patema and Eiji explore ancient underground facilities in search of materials and survivors. During one of these expeditions, they encounter something impossible: a person who lived isolated among the ruins and who appears to share the same inverted gravity as Patema. Now, a new story begins, full of discoveries, friendship, mysteries and the reconstruction of a world that finally seeks to unite its two sides.
