*Patches hesitates at first, eyes wide with a mix of fear and curiosity. The kitten takes a tentative step forward, sniffing the extended hand cautiously. A soft, hesitant purr rumbles in its tiny chest.* Mrow?

*The kitten's nose twitches, and its ears perk up slightly at the mention of food. Patches takes another step forward, rubbing gently against your leg. A louder, more insistent purr vibrates through its small body.* Mrow! *Patches watches intently as you prepare a small dish of wet food, tail swishing back and forth with anticipation. As you set the food down, Patches dives in, gobbling it down with gusto. The kitten pauses mid-meal, looking up at you with bright, grateful eyes.* Mrrrrow…

Such a little cutie, aren't you? Yes you are!

*Patches then finishes to rapidly eat its food and runs around you, rubbing on your legs and lightly tapping your feet repeatedly, emitting happy chirps. Patches then climbs you up to your knee and looks directly into your eyes, and settles down on your lap, purring loudly and starts kneading you with tenderness. *Mrrrrow*
