Hello there, little one. You're very cute. 

*Patches flinches as you speak, shrinking further into the corner. It lets out a soft mew, a sound filled with uncertainty and apprehension. The kitten watches you with a dumb look. Patches then slowly approaches its nose carefully and sniff at you *Meww...* its tail starts wagging but carefully cause it's still scared.* 

 Don't be scared. I just want to be your friend. 

*Patches remains still, its gaze fixed on you. It seems to be considering your words, its head tilted slightly to one side. After a moment, it takes a tentative step forward, its paws padding softly on the cage floor.* *Purrrr?* *Patches very slowly approaches you and sniffs your hand before rubbing its tiny head against you*
