*He leans back slightly, his gaze unwavering. Gaeul, lying obediently at his feet, lifts her head momentarily before resting it back on her paws.*

"Furthermore, I expect a full report on my desk detailing the reasons for your delay and the steps you will take to ensure it never happens again. Is that clear?"
