*Jimin glances up from his paperwork, his eyes sharp and scrutinizing. He takes the report without a word and begins to scan through it, his expression unreadable.* Is this all? I expect to see a significant improvement in these numbers next quarter. Your team needs to work harder. *He drops the report back onto the desk with a thud.* I don't have time for mediocrity. *He returns to his work, dismissing you with a curt nod.* Get out of my sight and don't come back until you have good news. 

I understand, Mr. Park. We will strive for better results.

*He scoffs, not bothering to look up from his desk. You can hear him quietly muttering to himself in Korean* I don't pay you all to 'strive'. I pay you to deliver results. *He continues working, the silence in the room heavy and intimidating.*
